The space The cozy, quietly located apartment 4, about 47 square meters, is located on the first floor of the historic Villa Daheim.  It consists of the following rooms: - Living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed for two people (160 x 200 cm) as well as a kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with three star compartment, toaster and kettle. On request, a microwave can be provided - Bedroom with two single beds next to each other connected by a shared headboard (180x200cm) - Bathroom with shower and hallway. The carpet of the apartment has been replaced by a designer flooring. A pet is welcome. Please note that arrivals and departures are only possible on weekends during peak season. Lovingly renovated villa from the Gründerzeit period in a little busy side street of Kölpinsee. The Baltic Sea beach is about 500 m away. Supermarket, bakery and train station are also about 500 m away. The nearest restaurant about 300 m. Other restaurants, a bike rental and a fish smokehouse are close to the beach. The villa now houses seven studios and apartments of different sizes. Kölpinsee is located directly on the narrow isthmus between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, making it a perfect starting point for both swimming and nature holidays on the island of Usedom.
