There is also a new (2022) queen size sleeper sofa. There is large screen HD TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave with full-size washer & dryer. Fully furnished with full set of cooking utensils. Unit has all new paint, flooring, bathrooms and interior doors. Patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. This unit is privately owned and NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE ABBEY RESORT. Guests do not get Abbey Resort privileges (indoor and outdoor pools), however anyone can use the hotel restaurants/bars/shops. Guests are provided with 6 Fontana beach passes for free beach access during your stay. The villas also have their own private outdoor pools. Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided. Dogs or pets of any kind are NOT allowed per HOA rules.
