There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer, and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
