Close to famous SANDBANKS PROVINCIAL PARK- a 5 minute drive. Our lakeside cottage is 50' from shoreline of East Lake. Mature landscape offers shade and green space for relaxing with lawn furniture /dining alfresco with picnic table and full size propane BBQ. Use a campfire pit for Smors while viewing our spectacular sunsets, courtesy of mother nature. The dock is shared for swimming, sunning and fishing. Cottage #4 is open concept with vaulted ceiling sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms. The space Our 3 cottages are family owned and operated on 350' of lakefront on the south shore of East Lake. Mature shade trees and green space lawn provides areas for lawn sports and private relaxation. The cottage includes the necessities for cooking and dining including a full size propane BBQ, picnic table and lawn chairs .Campfire pit is available for roasting marshmallows while watching the sunset. Shoreline is flat rocks with gradual depth, no drop offs. Dock is shared with other guests for water activities. Guest access We are located down a short laneway from County Road 18 to your designated parking. We are on site for your arrival and departure. Cottage is accessed by keyed entrance. Guests have access to the entire property but we request other guests space and privacy is respected. Other things to note Minimum age of 25 . Identification must be provided at check-in. One family per cottage Bottom sheet & pillow cases provided. Bring bedding and linens, personal toiletries, and beach shoes. Charging of electric cars is NOT provided. Pets not permitted No smoking or vaping. Visitors by special request only to management with additional fee. .
