Bachelor is a quick 30-45 minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the pristine Cascade Lakes are a short drive away. Plus so much more golfing, biking, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, skiing, rock climbing and more. The resort community is compact at 4 miles long (north to south) and 2 miles wide (east-west). It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways. As you enter this home, you’ll walk up just a few steps to the spacious living room flooded with natural light. This room has a wood burning fireplace set into the gorgeous stone accent wall. You'll also find the dining room, with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs are all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, cable TV, vanity and adjacent bathroom, finished in beautiful granite tile with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a pyramid bunk and a twin bed, ideal for bringing the kids along, and the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room for additional sleeping space. Head downstairs to find a cozy family room ideal for movie night with flat screen TV. There’s an adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower and the laundry room on this level. Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ on the spacious back deck, or a game of Ping Pong. At 8 Pioneer Lane, you will also be in close proximity to Sage Springs Club and Spa and the tennis courts. This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
