Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance, free and easy street parking, all appliances and complimentary amenities. Other things to note We are LGBTQ+ friendly! Because we live upstairs and share walls with this apartment, there is a slight possibility the sounds of people walking or talking can be heard. We are extremely careful and conscious of our noise and how it affects our guests. We do keep quiet hours in our private home between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am to minimize as many interruptions as possible. The entrance is sidewalk level. There are no stairs or steps for this unit. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. If you’d like an early check-in, and we can accommodate it (24-hour notice required), there is a guaranteed early check-in fee of $100. We are unable to accommodate early or late check-out or baggage storage.
