The apartment offers garden views and has 1 bedroom with extra bed and balcony, 1 living room with couch (extendable), 55" flat screen satellite TV and balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and 1 bathroom with shower. There is also a ski cellar in the house and free private parking spaces are available. WiFi is also available free of charge. Guest access It is about 400m away from the St. Kathrein thermal baths. You can also get to the St. Oswald ski area via the Sonnwiesbahn (350m) or to the Kaiserburg ski area via the Maibrunnbahn (250m). You can buy a ski ticket at both lifts. The Römerbad thermal baths are about 2km away. Other things to note Please note: starting from November 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase from €2.70 to €4.50 per person per night. For winter bookings made during summer 2026 (when the updated rate may not yet be reflected in the system), the difference will be collected at check-in.
