Step outside to the fully fenced dog run for the fur babies Pool heat can be purchased for an additional charge of $40 day , but spa heat is always included. This spa does not have powerful jets like a hot tub/jacuzzi. But it’s still relaxing There is a park with Playground and Tennis court just a few blocks away!! The Tennis court has just been upgraded to include PICKLE BALL! Bring your paddles! Unique to this home is a fully fenced area for pets. We love pets and responsible pet owners. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 for the first pet . BBQ. For your health and safety, the house no longer has a BBQ, however a grill can be rented and delivered to the home.
