There are antiques and the floor creaks. - If you are a light sleeper, each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine that has various tones and sounds to drown out noises. - Spills and puddles of water must be cleaned up promptly including the bathroom. This will help preserve our floors for years to come. - We are a super safe college town. However, for piece of mind, each driveway parking spot has a motion detection camera. - There is a winding set of stairs to ascend to Rupp Loft. - The bathroom in Rupp Loft is small but functional. The shower ceiling may be low for those over 6ft. -Please be aware that the laundry room is in a 120 year old basement. Although we have updated and renovated the home, some old home characteristics are still present. **Pets - There will be an added $30 a night fee, per pet, per night, if we accept your pet request. - You must inquire about your pet before booking. 3 max pets.
