Little Washington, VA- Location! Views! Privacy!

Location! Have the best of both worlds and stay at Grandma's house in ‘Little’ Washington, 22747. Grandma's is only a short walk to the center of the village and the famous "The Inn at Little Washington" (1/3 mile to be exact) but has privacy and is peacefully surrounded by beautiful mountain and countryside views. Grandma's house is clean, quaint and offers high quality furnishings in comparison at value rates! And yes, Grandma is tech savvy with Comcast xfinity high-speed internet. :) The space Enjoy sitting outside on the covered side porch listening to the birds during the day and the crickets and frogs in the evening, laying in the hammock or walking down to the river. Grandma's house is just that... it was my Grandparents and the Hawkins family home (8 children) since it was built in the 1960's- and my Grandma lived a very healthy and independent life here until she was almost 97 (she was only sick the last few days of her life where she spent it in the hospital). There's been a lot of love in this home...please respect it as we do. Guest access You are welcome to explore and make yourself at home on the 3 acre property and the entire house with the exception of the basement that is used for storage. Other things to note **Please print out and use the Airbnb directions before traveling as the cell/gps service is limited in Rappahannock County and google maps is incorrect. There are 2 coffee makers available: a Keurig and a regular coffee maker (in the bottom cabinet).
