Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch, the river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The space There is a snowmobile park located 4 miles away and there is a airport in Chester with a 5000 ft. runway it is 12 miles away. They have rental cars available at the airport. We have 3 very good Golf courses within a few miles of the house. Fishing is a big thing on Lake Almanor, there are fishing guides available in the area for a fee. For anybody that is interested in a nice place to spend the Christmas Holidays we will be putting up a fresh cut Christmas Tree at no extra cost to you. We will be putting it up sometime after the 5th. of December. We will put the lights on it and some other items. You can add some of your own things and if you would like to leave them for the next years guests to see and maybe add some of they own ornaments, we will save them for years to come. We were lucky we were saved from the Dixie Fire thanks to the fire fighters, the closest that it came to us was 4/miles. With some rain and snow Lake Almanor will be one of the only lakes in Northern California that will by in good shape. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself.
