Please make sure to bring your bumpers!. 4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving, and the water levels can flucuate daily! 5.  Life Jackets: While a variety of life jackets are provided, they are not guaranteed in every size. Please bring life jackets specific to individual needs. 6.  Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:  Camera under the front porch roof to the left of the front door - pointing towards the front door Camera above the kitchen door on the lake side of the house point down at that door Camera above the garage door on the lower level Camera above the basement bedroom door pointing down the trail leading toward the lake Guest access We provide keyless entry, so you will not have to meet someone to pick up a key or check in at an office. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. Are early check-ins or late check-outs available? Early check-in is at 1:00 pm. Late check out is at 1pm for an extra fee. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total.
