Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). (You’ll need a vehicle with a rack or a truck to shuttle) Kaleb & Abby The space The listing says 4 max, if one or more is a child or otherwise smaller human, we can do 5. The L shaped couch has a chaise that can easily sleep a smaller person. If this is your situation, please talk to me first but just book it as four. Also, if your smaller humans are adventurous, we have a treehouse for our son that kids can sleep in, it’s warm even in winter, and a fun little “away from mom & dad” experience. Our 7 yr old sleeps out there often. 2 or 3 kids can sleep out there comfortably. We also have a pack and play with all attachments for infants as well. Guest access Attached walk out apartment, 25’ from parking. Free to enjoy the property, including the deck, which has amazing views (pics don’t do it justice). Deck is absolutely intended for guests, we of course use it as well but are also totally happy to let people have their own space!! The deck also has a flat top griddle and a Traeger pellet grill/smoker, both are absolutely intended for guests. The only thing we ask is that you clean them after you’re done! (Not something the cleaners check on!) Apartment has laundry in unit. Other things to note We have a VERY friendly, animal and human socialized dog, She is EXTREMELY submissive. We can easily keep her away if you have an aggressive dog, just let us know and we’ll be careful with her! Please contact me before booking if you have a dog that is aggressive, shorter stays not an issue at all but if you are interested in a longer stay (more than a week) get in touch as it isn’t really fair to my pup to be stuck inside that long! We are definitely pet friendly but we do have a $10 pet fee per night per pet.
