This 2000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom property has 2 gas fireplaces (only for use in the fall), 1 electric fireplace, sleeps 6 and is perfect for families with children. It has a 50" TV in the master bedroom and a 32" TV in the living room. (There is no cable TV, so bring your Roku, Firestick, Apple TV, etc.) It is a light-filled home with 4 skylights and every room has vaulted ceilings of the post-and-beam style. The property has a playground and backs to the woods with hiking and biking trails right off the back driveway. It is not waterfront, but has a deeded right-of-way (not public) to Kennebunk Pond that is down the street. Window unit air conditioners keeps this house cool even on the most humid days of the summer. Guest access Air conditioning via window units; Clothes washer, drier, dish washer; Board games/books/kids toys -- please feel free to enjoy during your visit & leave some if you'd like, but please do not remove them from the house so other guests may enjoy them, too; Wireless Internet Access; No Cable TV, but a flat screen TV with HDMI input (bring your own Amazon Firestick, etc.) in the living room; Toddler bed is also in the bunk bed room; Pack & Play with bedding for an infant/toddler; Towels for up to 6 (no beach towels).
