If you want to do light cooking there's a French door counter top oven that you cans bake, broil, and air fry in , a small microwave,hot plate and a small fridge also a larger refrigerator freezer in hall closet for people who need to store more food, dishwasher, coffee maker,blender and mixer. It is stocked with all the spices and condiments needed for those who stay longer and wish to do more cooking. All the necessary cleaning supplies are provided to make your stay clean and safe. A washer and dryer has been added for your convenience. There are two tv’s with every channel known to man, including Netflix. There is free WiFi. We recently upgraded the WIFI to High Speed Broadband 100 MBps down. VPN Zoom capable. Perfect for any remote work. The deck is a wonderful place for morning coffee or BBQ cooking or afternoon cocktails.No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is yours while you're here with a separate, exterior entrance to the left of the main house. There are steps leading down to the entrance We live in the main house above, separated by a locked door so you have complete privacy. Other things to note There is a door between the living space and bedrooms that makes it nice for families as they can put the kids to bed and be able to enjoy tv or a movie without disturbing them. This also creates a space with a large work desk if working from home that is separate from the main living space.
