A queen size bed with spa-grade linens. A new mini-split cooling and heating system provides comfortable temperatures. The unique Restoration Hardware style airplane wing desk is equally suitable for laptop work or dinner for two. TV with local HD channels, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. For longer stays, there is a brand new washer and dryer around back. Street parking in residential neighborhood. Easy transportation: The VTA Light Rail train station is four short blocks away. From there it's a 12 minute ride to to Caltrain, or 15 minutes to downtown San Jose. -There is a security camera monitoring the driveway/street for safety. Guest access In addition to the private cottage you will have shared access with the owners to multiple sitting areas and amenities in the newly remodeled backyard landscape. Enjoy a glass of wine while sitting at the gas fireplace and couches under the trees, and grill your favorite foods on the gas grill. We have two small 15-pound super friendly pups that do wander the backyard occassionally. If you do not care for dogs, let us know and we can limit their access. They will bark at first, but they just want pets. Street parking in residential neighborhood. **No parties! Having a couple of friends over is fine, but all outdoor activities must conclude by 10:00 pm. Please talk to us first if you are planning any kind of larger gathering.
