Our contemporary home is perfectly nestled on a peaceful residential street, just a short stroll away from Whitchurch Village, which features a variety of popular restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, and more. Additionally, it is only a quick drive (or train ride) to the iconic City Centre. Guests enjoy the convenience of driveway parking for several vehicles, along with access to a spacious garden. The space PARKING Guests benefit from driveway parking for multiple vehicles, along with free street parking. ~DOWNSTAIRS~ ENTRANCE The entranceway opens into a hallway with space to hang jackets that leads to the main living area, a smaller living area, and a staircase leading upstairs. OPEN PLAN LIVING, DINING, KITCHEN AREA The spacious, main living area provides a comfortable area to relax with two comfy sofas and a widescreen smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for guest self-catering with modern conveniences including a large fridge-freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle etc along with cutlery, plates, bowls, and utensils such as a bottle opener and pizza cutter. The dining area provides a sturdy table with seating for six overlooking the French doors that lead out into the garden. UTILITY ROOM & DOWNSTAIRS TOILET The large (long) utility room, home to the washing machine and a sink, is perfect for storing items – such as bikes, or even a kayak! There is also a separate toilet and sink. 2nd LIVING AREA Located at the front of the property, the second living area boasts a comfortable sofa (come double sofa bed), additional seating, and a smart TV. DOWNSTAIRS FULL BATHROOM The downstairs bathroom contains a modern walk-in shower, toilet and sink. We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, along with amenities including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap. GARDEN The large, AstroTurf garden is ideal for morning coffees on the table and chairs, or playing games with little ones. ~UPSTAIRS~ BEDROOM 1 The main bedroom provides a sturdy, comfortable double bed, with chest and cupboard storage, and a smart TV. A travel cot (and highchair) is provided for guest use. All beds are made with fresh, professionally laundered linens. BEDROOM 2 Overlooking the garden and quiet field the property backs onto, the second bedroom has two single beds and clothes storage. Hairdryer provided for guest use. BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom is home to a single bed and cupboard. All beds are made with additional blankets. FULL BATHROOM The modern bathroom boasts a powerful walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Bath mats etc are provided as standard. Guest access The whole space is solely for guest access.
