Nice quiet neighborhood, with a hometown feel. Relax on the front or back porch and enjoy the sounds of nature. The space Santa Clara tiny house has a large yard and a private back porch to unwind. Perfect for those traveling on business that would like the comfort of home with all of the amenities of a hotel. The home is decorated eclectic modern with old Florida charm. Most will fall in love with the space! The king size bed is a top of the line Serta ( FIRM ) mattress. Out of the 180 reviews only 2 have been dissatisfied with the firmness. But I would like to stress it is firm. I would rather guest know before booking and being unhappy. The coffee pot offered is a Kierug style. We provide 2-4 pods depending on 1-2 nights stays. Anything longer than that you will need to provide. These are a few things that you as a guest I thought you might want to know:) There is adequate parking for those traveling with Uhauls, boats & RV’s. Guest access You will have the home all to yourself. Other things to note The large house next to the Santa Clara tiny house is also an Airbnb that we own. The spaces are completely separate and have a large privacy fence between the two. These guest are not to be bothered with any questions please contact me if any problems were to arise.
