With a little over 1300 square feet spread out over 3 levels, there is a private loft with 2 separate sleeping spaces, large master bedroom with balcony on the main level and a daylight basement with bed and sitting area. Hear the call of the loons with your morning coffee. Pick blueberries in season from the kayak or canoe. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities right out of the front door. The space Open design with vaulted ceilings in bedrooms and plentiful windows for spectacular views of Center pond and the Maine woods. Screen enclosed outdoor space with picnic table and hammock. Outdoor decks, bonfire pit, private dock and a swimming/sunning deck located 100 feet offshore. Basic fishing rod and reels provided, but bring your own tackle or buy it in town. Guest access You will have access to all three levels and the outdoor spaces. Other things to note Washer and dryer in bathroom. Parking for up to four vehicles. Charcoal grills and screened in picnic area. Many cell companies do not have consistent service in Maine. Minimal cell service available through with ATT or US Cellular carries. Better service available in town. There is an Ipod/phone ready stereo system. Center pond does not have a public boat landing and is not suitable for large boats. Lincoln has a hospital, dialysis center, chain grocery store and big box store. The house does not have internet or television!
