This home is a rural retreat perched on a quiet hilltop, surrounded by farms and world-class wineries. You’ll love the incredible views in every direction, solitude, and comfort. It's on a dirt road with only a few neighbors, but there are dozens of incredible wineries within a few minutes drive and even a few wineries within walking distance. The property has plenty of room to roam and offers multiple places to hang out, both indoors and outdoors. The house is well-stocked and furnished. The house sits on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards and farmland. The house has tons of windows offering light and spectacular views in every direction. It is large and comfortable for a small group and has ample outdoor space. The living room has four leather recliners positioned in front of picture windows with amazing views of the valley below. There's also a large sectional and a TV with Dish Network and a Bose sound system. There's also a Sonos sound system in multiple rooms of the home. There are two dining areas and a large, fully-stocked kitchen. There are four bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and linens. Each bedroom has a nice view from the window, and two rooms have sliders with small sitting areas outside. Outside is a big patio with 8 Adirondack chairs and a dining table, plus a gas grill. There's a side yard with a small picnic table, too. I am happy to give advice on the phone or via text / email, and will be accessible for questions. This is a real country getaway, with the neighbors being farms and wineries. It's peaceful and beautiful. Eminent Domaine winery is directly across the road, and Trisaetum is a lovely 45 minute walk/5 minute drive. Those are two of the best wineries in the valley and just a taste and what all surrounds the home! Several towns with great restaurants are within a 20 minute drive. Many wineries are within 5-20 minutes. Some of the best, in order of proximity, include Eminent Domaine, Trisaetum, Colene Clemens, Fairsing, Arbor Brook, and Saffron Fields.
