We are offering our recently remodeled guest suite which includes its own entry, a completely private bedroom, bath and living room with kitchenette and patio. We are located in a wonderful gated community in a great area, close to Spring Training facilities in Goodyear and Glendale. There are several golf courses including the renowned Wigwam Golf Resort.The neighborhood is backed up to the Palm Valley Golf Club with its new 9 hole Championship course designed by Phil Mickelson. The space The guest suite was recently remodeled with new flooring, paint and plank wall details. Although the space is attached to the main house there are solid, well-insulated soundproofed walls between our area and yours to provide you with complete privacy. The TV's include, Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and Amazon Prime. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker that will be stocked with water, coffee packets, creamer, and tea. There is a smart keypad for self-check in and security lock that you can lock from inside. We have also recently added a private patio area with BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the entire guest suite, private patio, the courtyard and parking in the driveway. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided. Initial toiletries are provided. For coffee maker, a small supply of ground coffee packets and teas (black/green) are provided, as well as sugar/sweetener/creamer. Upon request and if we are at home we can help with laundry if needed.
