The space This unit is a newly custom rebuilt private daylight basement suite with 8ft ceilings, an open floor-plan concept in our beautiful 1926 Tudor home. Built with the environment in mind down to the no-VOC paint. The suite is in the lower level of our home and boasts 1100sqft with 3 bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped chefs kitchen with luxury Fisher and Paykel appliances and bathroom. Home is wired with 1Gbps optical fiber internet and wireless connectivity is also provided. Kids and family friendly. Bedroom 1 – One Queen Size Bed with all bedding available, closet, dimming light switches and large window. Bedroom 2 – One Queen Size Bed with all bedding available, closet, dimming light switches and large window. Bedroom 3/Office – Bright east facing room that features a professional ergonomic office chair, desk, 24" external monitor and full size futon. Bedding available for futon if needed and can fit 2 kids comfortably or one adult, maybe two adults if you want to get cozy. Kitchen - Full chefs kitchen with luxury appliances and amenities (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, oatmeal, stainless steel pots and pans , bake ware, kids tableware, crock pot, blender, coffee machine, French press, toaster, kettle, Tupperware...etc ). Dining table and breakfast nook with bar stools. Living room - features sectional couch, coffee table, 65” 4K ULED LCD TV, Xbox 360 Game Console, Netflix, HBO, Disney+...etc and Bose surround speakers. If you’d rather un-plug we have board games and books available for use. Kid friendly - We love hosting children and babies. The house is equipped with kids toys, a Pack-n-Play, toddler high chair for dining, baby bath, step stool, night lights, play mat and children's dishes and utensils. Laundry Room - Spacious dedicated laundry room with washer + dryer iron and ironing table is located in a common space adjacent to the apartment. Entrance Entry is via back door with electronic key locks for self check-in. There are stairs leading down to the apartment and we provide entry codes the day before arrival. Guests Our max guests allowed is 6. Great for families, couples, or even a group of good friends. We have a total of 3 beds (2 Queen beds and a Futon bed). Sheets and blankets for the futon are available upon request. The futon bed is located in the 3rd bedroom/office and not in the living room. The couch in the living room is not counted as a sleeping space or bed. Outdoor Space Summer is what Seattleites live for, you will have access to a large, sunny, common space patio with propane BBQ grill and patio furniture. There is also a colorful kids table and chair set. You can also enjoy a picnic at Green Lake which is half a block from the house. Organic Garden In the summer, we grow an organic vegetable garden (Basil, Collards, Kale, Chard, Thyme, Sage, Dill, Okra....etc) and guest are welcome to share. Parking There is one free parking spot provided at the back of the house for loading and unloading. There is also plenty of free un-zoned street parking and you should not have a problem finding a spot.
