The kitchen overlooks a bright solarium with a seating area. Two steps up gets you to the large dining room, living room, office workspace area and 3 bedrooms. The full bathroom is also located here. A powder room is also located on the main level. If extra space is needed the lower level features a sitting area with a television as well as a 4th bedroom. A 3 piece bathroom with walk-in shower is also located on the lower level. Note there is a TV with cable located in the living room, master bedroom and lower level. Guest access The entire house is for guest usage other than the garage which is not accessible. Other things to note This bungalow is best suited for a family or professionals. Student groups looking for a place to host a party will not be approved.
