Welcome, Colorado Visitors! If you are looking to stay in a charming and newly renovated home near the mountains and the city, this luxe private bedroom is perfect for you! My house is a 10-minute car ride to downtown or a 15-minute walk to the brand new Westminster Train Station, where the B-Line runs every hour to any Denver neighborhood and the airport. I also live less than a mile from two main interstates that will easily get you to places like Rocky Mountain National Park and Boulder. The space You'll be staying in a cozy Private Queen Bedroom in a completely remodeled 1950s brick home in a super safe and quiet Denver suburb just ten minutes outside of the city. The guest room is down the hallway from common spaces so you will always have a quiet place to rest and recharge. The room has a Roku Smart TV with complimentary Hulu, Disney Plus, and ESPN+, one full bed and a dresser for you to use as a workspace if needed during your stay (plus I have super-fast WiFi!). The newly remodeled bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and includes a modern high-pressure showerhead!. The room is always clean and bedding/towels/linens are provided and washed between all guests. And every guest gets a complimentary water bottle, granola bar, and coffee upon arrival! Guest access I want you to feel welcome in my house, so please treat it as your own! Feel free to enjoy the living room, which includes a 4K Smart TV, the kitchen, as well as the back yard and patio area. My house is 420 friendly to all guests. However, smoking is only allowed on the back patio and not inside the house. Other things to note You will be sharing your bathroom with either one or two fellow travelers. If the room next to you is not booked, then you'll have it to yourself!
