We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. So, if you are scared of little tiny frogs, this is not the place for you. Frog Stomp is 1BR 1BA. It has a kitchen with a fridge, stove,and a kurieg coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with bench seating. The bedroom has a Queen sized Sealy memory foam and a toddler bed, as well as a wardrobe cabinet with clothes hangers. There is a washer and dryer set, with tide pods and dryer sheets available. In the living room, there is a pull out couch for an extra sleeping option for multiple guests or children. There is a small table and bar stools that sits 4. It can be used for dining and serves as extra entertainment - it has a board to play checkers, chess, or cards. Extra sheets, blankets, and towels are available to our guests as well. There is a front porch with 2 iron rocking chairs and also a back porch. There are no handrails on the back porch, so children should not be back there unsupervised. We are on 2 wooded acres, so feel free to get out and explore. There is a cleared walking trail that begins behind Frog Stomp and circles through the trees in the front yard. There are 2 airbnbs on this property. we are also dog friendly. so for the safety of our guests, we ask that all dogs be leashed while outdoors . Guests have full access to the guesthouse and immediate surrounding area, including walking trails that go from the back door of the guesthouse around the front of the wooded 2 acres of our property. If you would like more access to the front chairs, charcoal grill or fire pit- we can accommodate, just give us a heads up so we can have it ready for you. You will have full access to the 2 car covered carport. We are a call or text away. Down the road is the Celebration Horse Arena in Priceville, AL. A few miles away from I-65. 1 hr to Birmingham. 30 mins to Huntsville. A perfect halfway point to rest before making it to the beach. When pulling into our driveway, go slow and be aware of our vehicles. Just follow the circle driveway to the right and pull straight into the 2 car covered carport. Our guests have full access to the covered carport. We do have a somewhat narrow driveway. So if you are towing anything or driving a moving truck or RV please notify us of that. We have a few other options if the carport will not accommodate you. We are pet friendly. We allow dogs only, as long as your pup is house trained and well behaved. Please add your dog to the reservation. There is an additional pet fee of $ 20 for the entire stay. Please pick up your pets waste and dispose of it in the garbage can located outside the steps of the guesthouse. We do not allow cats because of past experiences- but we can make exceptions based on case by case basis. Please send us a message before instantly booking. No smoking in the guest house. We do allow porch smoking, and there is a clean ashtray located under the kitchen sink. please empty it and clean it upon leaving. We ask that our guests wash any dishes that are used. There is dish soap and sponges available. You can leave clean dishes in the dish rack to dry. We can put them up once they dry. We have mosquito services to ensure comfort for our guests. We want our guests to enjoy the outdoors!
