Welcome to our spacious, family friendly, house! Our house is in a great neighborhood in Simi Valley, just minutes from the freeway. Its a central location to access Los Angeles, Ventura County, and southern California in general. The space Enjoy the entire house to yourself on a quiet street, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The backyard is large and peaceful. Hang out and cook up some good grub on the Weber gas grill. Enjoy the large kitchen and spaces to sit and relax. Spread out in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with beautiful living areas. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and enclosed backyard. The garage is accessible for laundry purposes but is not available for parking vehicles. Other things to note Note : Our base pricing assumes groups up to 4 guests. Beyond 4 guests, there is a nominal nightly fee to cover additional costs. Please be sure to select the correct number of guests that will be staying when you make the reservation. Let us know if you have different guests numbers for different nights and we'll work with you.
