Deep Powder Place- It's Time To Hike-Walk To Town!

Our single family home is located in Breckenridge Mountain Village. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have 3 floors which is ideal for large families or two families who like to vacation together. Each floor has its own bed/bath combo. Deep Powder is a 1/4 mile to the slopes, restaurants, shopping, cinemas and gondola, and a two minute walk from the free shuttle. Our house is the ideal getaway surrounded by pines, hiking trails and the ski mountains. The space The home has its own private hot tub on the back porch and a view of the mountains from the front porch. It's spacious for gatherings of family and friends. On the main floor, the couch and love seat surround the fireplace, and a flat screen cable tv creates cozy evenings with a good movie and good friends. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, all new dishes/small appliances and is open to the family room, ideal for hosting gatherings. The main floor also hosts a guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The top floor serves as the master suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, full bath and a smart TV. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath, smart TV room, couch and chair, WII U game console, laundry room and garage access.. All questions are answered by me - the owner. Business License Number available upon request Guest access You will have your own private home, garage and hot tub. Other things to note No pets allowed. Due to your HOA rules, I am unable to host Emotional Support Animals and if booked a cancellation will be requested or done once our policies support it. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. - Owner will email it to you. Three cars are permitted on the property and there is NO parking on the street. No parties allowed - noise ordinance 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a mountain home with NO air conditioning.
