The Garden Suite in Cayucos is a luxurious and private vacation rental, perfect for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Located in the heart of downtown Cayucos and just a stone's throw away from the beach, this rental offers both convenience and some ocean views. The space Guests will appreciate the spacious studio style suite with a beautiful small ocean viewing rooftop deck. The king bed provides a comfortable night's sleep, and the updated amenities and fully stocked kitchenette make it easy to feel at home. One of the best parts about this rental is the extra accommodations that guests have access to, including the game room (with pool, ping pong, and billiards), surrey, bikes, beach toys/gear, and lawn area. (Please note that we do our best to maintain all amenities, but occasional maintenance may be needed.) The suite can accommodate up to 4 people with the use of the pull-out couch, which is perfect for couples or small families. And for those traveling with pets, the $65 pet fee and approval make it easy to bring along furry friends. Inside, you'll find a cozy fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with cable, and high-speed wifi. There's a fully-equipped kitchenette for your needs. The restroom is spacious and tastefully designed with a walk-in shower. The suite is located on commercial property, with Lunada Garden Bistro and Luna Coffee Bar located downstairs. Private parking space provided with the option to use the shared EV charging plug parking space. Guest access This is an upstairs suite with a private parking space. After parking, you will walk through the garden and up the stairs. Self keyless check-in will be provided to get into your suite once booked.You will also get directions to access the extra shared accommodation spaces (game room, bike shed, lawn area etc.). Other things to note The Garden Suite is located next to our Ocean View Suite vacation rental, sharing the same stairway and entry hallway. The Ocean View Suite is just down the hallway from the Garden Suite. Please note that Lunada Garden Bistro is located below this unit, and some restaurant noise may be audible in the Garden Suite. However, the restaurant owners are respectful of noise levels and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Most guests find the proximity to the Bistro and Coffee Bar very convenient. If you're looking for a special treat, consider arranging an in-suite dining experience with the restaurant. Occasionally, there may be events or music in the garden, which could cause some noise disturbance. If this is a concern, we recommend checking out our other two units, Ocean View Suite and Sweet Suite Cayucos, which have better noise protection from restaurant activities.
