Two if by Sea is a unique duplex home in the heart of the Saint Simons village. Walk 100 feet out your door and you are in the northern part of the village where Village Inn and Pub, Mallery Street Cafe, Georgia Sea Grill, CJ's Italian Restaurant, Murphy's Tavern, Island Dog and Frosty's are located. Also within walking distance is Neptune Park, which includes a resort-style oceanfront swimming pool, playground, miniature golf, picnic area, pier and lighthouse. We are pet friendly too! The space This 1960's cinder block duplex was built at a time when this was thought to be the best protection against hurricane damage. It was originally housing for some of the islands elementary school teachers. We offer basic but clean and comfortable accommodations for the budget minded traveler. No luxury finishes or high end appliances. We do not offer any condiments due to it being a health hazard (and county short term rental permit rules) to leave opened food products from ourselves or previous guests. There is a Winn Dixie two miles away on Frederica Rd. near the airport that can supply all your needs. Guest access This is a duplex style home, you will have complete access to one entire unit, unit B. Parking is available for only two cars. You must share parking area with the other unit. Other things to note Two If By Sea is professionally managed by our local property manager, Hodnett Cooper Real Estate. They handle all check-ins, key pick up, and emergency maintenance issues 24/7. Please be aware, due to a few bad apples that ruin things for everyone, you are only supplied a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trashbag, and soap. All these items can be found at the Winn Dixie grocery store two miles away on Frederica Rd.
