The space SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 NIGHTS. Located on the upper back portion of a quiet residential sloped lot. Set above a beautiful garden with pond, featuring sliding glass doors out to a tranquil deck/patio overlooking the city with views toward Marina del Rey and the Ocean. It contains a private entry with private Carport, with plenty of parking also available on the street. Comfortable for one or two persons, but can accommodate two additional children on a pull out sofa. Other amenities include Bathroom with Shower, Kitchenette (fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils) with Electric Range, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Washer and Dryer, A/C, HD-TV (DirecTV), WiFi, Queen Bed, Linens and Towels, Private Patio with Sitting and Eating Area. Centrally located to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, UCLA, Century City, Culver City, and Pacific Coast Highway. Bicycles available (about 7 minutes to Venice Beach). Also near Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's and Abbott Kinney (Restaurants, Bars and Shopping). We want you to have a pleasant stay at our Guest House.
