Huge Brooklyn Room in Bushwick - 3

This is a huge trendy room located in the trendy Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. This particular room is to the rear of the building so it is very quiet. The room itself is also very, very large and includes a half walk-in closet. Please do not place a reservation without contacting me first as to inquire as to those dates. I may have conflicts that are not reflected in my calendar and might be forced to reject any reservations I did not clear beforehand. The space This is a very large room in a huge 4 bedroom apartment with 1 1/2 bathrooms. We generally give a preference for 1 person per room in this apartment, although we do take 2 people if the room is available. Other things to note Note, we are doing some updates in this room in January. The furniture or decorations in the room may change for any reservations made before the pictures are updated. The furnishings may change, however the basics will remain. The room will contain at least a full sized bed, a dresser with mirror, 1-2 nightstand(s), a desk, and a small refrigerator. At this time we aren't expecting to do major updates to the furniture. The place has just been freshly painted. Until the updates are completed we will not have updated pictures (of the room, the common areas will remain the same), however the furnishings should be very similar if not the same. Feel free to ask if the pictures have been updated as they may get updated before this message is. As this room has just come back on the market we have significantly discounted its usual monthly price to attract reservations. The price may go up in the future so its a good time to lock in a great deal for this room. At the currently price you can get this room for about the same price as rooms that are about half its size. There is at least 1 permanent long term resident in the apartment at all times and is thus this listing is legal under NYC law. I am managing this listing. Due to local regulations the monthly rate requires a 30 day minimum reservation (not 28 as airbnb allows). Please confirm with me any dates before placing any reservation. If accepted, an airbed would be provided to accommodate any 3rd or 4th guest. Airbnb changed the way we can set pricing on our listings. We have a set monthly rate for each month and do not charge by the number of days. Please reach out to us before trying to book so that a corrected preapproval can be sent to you. This is actually in your interest as in general the pricing will be slightly cheaper on the corrected preapproval.
