Located in the countryside, the accommodation is completely private, spacious, bright, open plan space and above all offers you a magnificent view directly on the river and a breathtaking sunset! The apartment is on the ground floor of a triplex with its private entrances. On the 1st floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the basement (semi-finished), pool table, washing machine and dryer. Outside, you can enjoy the panoramic terrace at the back and the magnificent view of the river, swim in the pool, fish on the dock, relax on the deckchairs, prepare a BBQ, walk around our vegetable garden, etc... The river is navigable in 3 seasons. In winter, it turns into a track where snowmobile and mountain bike enthusiasts have a great time. The kitchen is equipped (stove, refrigerator, microwave, thermos coffee maker, dishwasher, hand mixer) with all utensils, spices, cooking oils, coffee, tea, etc. 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Rooms are made upon arrival and towels, soaps, shampoo are provided. We also provide dishwashing products, maintenance, paper towels, extra pillows and bedding, etc. Located between Montreal and Trois-Rivières, the accommodation is less than 60 minutes from Montreal, 7 minutes from Berthierville, 40 minutes from Trois-Rivières and 2 hours from Quebec City by Highway 40. Leisure: pool table, poker kit, Monopoly, card games, chess and checkers, other board games, books and novels. For young children and babies: high chair, stair gate, baby bed and bedding, baby bath, baby and children's dishes, toys, books, gym mats. Guest access The entirety of a completely private home, about 950 sq. ft. or 90 sq. m. (not including the basement) Access to the pool until 9:30 pm at the latest, front and back yard, waterfront, dock, vegetable garden, gas BBQ, amateur pool table and laundry room in the basement, several parking spaces for your car and your boat and descent for small and medium-sized boats. Other things to note Airbnb's private home is part of a triplex and the entrance is on the ground floor level. It should be noted that this is not a 'chalet' or a complete house for rent for guests. Owners occupy two out of three homes and remain available for any questions. Check-in is self check-in for the most part but sometimes we welcome you and get to know you:) You'll find dedicated parking for AIRBNB guests at the entrance to our property. Other parking is available in front of the garage. Self check-in with electronic code lock (16:00 or earlier depending on availability and please let us know in advance.) We'll ask you not to smoke indoors. For those who want to fish, it is mandatory to obtain a fishing license available at the Roger Gladu outfitter (10 minutes from the house). The rivers of the St. Lawrence River are bathable but it will be important for safety reasons to put vests (available on site). In addition, please bring your own beach towels for the pool and river (do not use the bath towels, they are for the inside).
