*NOTE*: We disinfect all surfaces before and after new guests arrive. Studio suite with private entrance. Comfortable, light, clean and airy. Host on location in attached home. Breakfast nook with coffee, and tea. Neighborhood is quiet with shopping and dining not far away. Only one small step into the unit. Also on the property is another 2 bedroom Airbnb unit, Comice Valley Inn, in the event you have a larger party. This is a new listing, so please see some of my many 5-star reviews. The space The Suite Comice is a private studio apartment in a lovely back yard. The owners are on site and easily available for ideas about places to see and eat. Please note that this location is attached to the main house, and a 10 pm quiet time will be enforced. We have installed soundproofing walls and panels, but they are not perfect (low and medium volumes won’t be audible, but loud volumes will). This location is not a particularly good fit for those who wish to stay up late and socialize. Two guests maximum. No additional unregistered guests. We can only accommodate one car for parking. Two miles off exit 27. There is another 2-bedroom Airbnb unit on site, The Comice Valley Inn, for larger groups. A comfortable well-lit seating area. Roku tv with Netflix and WiFi provided. Sleeping accommodations include a new queen size bed. The bathroom with shower stall is equipped with toiletries and a blow dryer is available. Guest access Enter from the side of the main house. Parking on property. Instructions will be sent once booked. Guests have access to the entire studio. Big house is private, as well as the garage and shop.
