**Covid-19 update: the townhouse is open to guests again , but the pools/hot tub/sauna/clubhouse remain closed. We do have a specific date on when they will re-open. If you would still like a bit of beach time we would love to have you stay, but we can't guarantee the additional entertainment amenities will be available.** The space Built in the early 1970's, this one bedroom with loft (2nd bedroom) can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator & stove, along with cookware and table settings for 6. Open floor plan with gas stove & spiral staircase to bedroom, loft & deck. Guest access You have access to the entire unit & recreational building which has heated outdoor pool, kids pool, hot tub, dry sauna, ping pong table, lending library of books, dvds and vhs movies. Plus an upstairs with lounge area complete with DISH television, sofas, fireplace, pool table, dart board and deck overlooking the pool. Small row boat & canoes to use on Connor Creek runs along the east edge of the complex, lifejackets in office. Horseshoe, volleyball & playground. Two outbuildings with BBQs and areas to clean clams. Quick path to the beach, sandcastle and beach equipment in storage closet. Other things to note Spotty to no cell phone coverage unless on beach or parts of parking lot. No phone in the unit, payphone by office.
