Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends! The space We live on a 8 acre organic blueberry farm that reminds you a lovely vineyard done in modern farmhouse style. Its a relaxing and serene environment where you can escape into a beautiful environment for peace and tranquility but close to town as well. During blueberry season you have the opportunity to pick fresh, organic blueberries as well! We live across the courtyard to give our guests the best customer experience possible if you need anything if not we are happy to give you your privacy as well! Its your stay! We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire space including the event center as well. They are welcome to dine, do activities, art, yoga or anything else they want in the event space. They are welcome to bring in outside service providers as well as long as they aren’t staying. If the amount of people in the event center exceeds the number of people staying it is considered an event and guests will be charged an hourly rate. The event center can also be rented separately without renting the Airbnb. Please reach out for questions we are happy to help! Our guests also have private access to the back of the guest house to enjoy a fire pit, hot tub, porch swing, and seating area as well! Feel free to explore our farm and enjoy the beautiful relaxing atmosphere! We love to see our guests enjoying the farm! Pups absolutely love the farm but please make sure they are leashed so they don’t run off! It’s a pup paradise! Enjoy! Other things to note Our property is about 10-15 minutes from Beaver Lake which it ranks the top Striper Fishing in the nation. Also feel free to bring your boat! We have space for it at the farm!
