Washougal Riverside Treehouse

Listen to the sounds of rushing water as you sleep in this beautifully finished cabin style tree house. Most likely the door the the tree house will be unlocked when you arrive. if it is locked the entry code is 5368. It the same code for the center French doors to access the bathroom in the main house. Winter of 2019 I added a little more space and remodeled the treehouse. I just about doubled the size added more seating area and enhance the views of the river with bigger windows.... The space NEW !!! I have built an "out house" restroom with a RV style toilet for night time use to save trips all the way down to the main house, bathroom at night. We encourage it be used for "#1" at night time. See "Shared full bathroom" album for new photos. This tree house is like a tiny house in a tree yet very comfortable with a "full size" bed. There is a microwave oven and a mini fridge. The stairs wind around the tree to the porch. The guest bathroom is in the main house 30 feet from the tree house. I have pictures of it in the photo section. Guest access The "Sandy" swimming hole is just down river from the property. The beautiful Washougal river road is a nice drive to Dougan falls. Washougal is at the mouth of the world famous Columbia River Gorge. The property is located less than 15 min from PDX airport. Downtown Portland is 20 minutes away (if not rush hour) During your stay Available depending on guest needs Other things to note The ocean beaches are about than 2 hours away. Mt St Helen's Mt Hood or Mt Adams are each a little less then two hours away
