Guests can spread out and enjoy the full first floor and back private deck, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The living room has micro fiber sofa bed, a 65" Smart HDTV with Roku and Netflix, DVD player, small desk with chair. The master bedroom has a 1 year old queen size bed with firm memory foam mattress, 42" smart TV with antenna, with Roku and Netflix. Small desk with chai, bedside table and lights . The 2nd guest bedroom has two twin beds and ceiling fan. Third (middle) bedroom is smaller with ceiling fan and two twin beds. ******** Disclaimer: For security of the home when unoccupied, there is an indoor camera on the first floor. For privacy, guests can disconnect it once checked in and connect it back up upon checkout. Guest access Check-in can be flexible up to noon if it is vacant prior to guest arrival or anytime after 3 pm. If you need to drop off luggage early, let me know and we can arrange something. NOTE: The basement will be closed off during your stay. NO washer or dryer available for guests. However, there is a 24 hours laundromat about 12-14 blocks away. Other things to note PARKING: There is a free all day parking area starting 2-3 blocks away. Parking in front of the house is only free in the weekday evenings from 8PM to 8AM and all day on weekends. However, there is 2 hour free parking from 8AM until 8PM on weekdays (Monday-Friday). NOTE: most of the city has this parking arrangement. The streets are very narrow and there are a lot of one ways- but you get used to it quickly. I can get your visitor parking pass for an extra charge. When parking, be sure to tuck in your side mirror as my street is narrow. Permit parking can be obtained. Registration number 892899
