The space Enjoy this beautiful house with tons of character and a nice open floor plan located on Rocky Point, rural feeling while still close to everything urban. The home features a single 2 private bedrooms (with spaces out front for parking Including a Tesla destination charger) with 2 comfy queen size beds, dresser, mirror and lamps. The living room has a baby grand piano, comfy chair, coffee table. Downstairs you'll find a 120" theater screen with a projector, which is connected to an Apple TV for access to Netflix, Hulu and other similar apps; Feel free to log into your own account. The kitchen is a full kitchen, with 1 stoves, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks Pike Place Roast. There are two bathrooms upstairs both with showers, sink and toilet, towels, shampoo, toilet paper. The downstairs bathroom also has a washer/dryer with laundry detergent (Should you wish to launder before checking out). The house also has a heated swimming pool, hot tub and waterfront access with 2 kayaks. These amenities are "sometimes(not always)" available upon request and scheduling. (Seasonal) This home is located on the Kitsap Peninsula, (An hour ferry ride away from Seattle) West of Seattle. The house is just 3 Miles to the Bremerton/Seattle Ferry and downtown Bremerton, under 2 miles to PSNS (Puget Sound Naval Shipyard) and about 15 minutes to Silverdale and Bangor Naval base. Travel time from Seattle: Fast ferry: 30 minutes +15 minutes to ferry. (Passenger only, No cars) Auto Ferry: 1 hour ferry +15 minutes to ferry. Driving through Tacoma: 1 hour and 30 minutes (Depending on traffic. I do have animals on the property; Chickens, Dogs and Parrots. There are free range miniature chickens, including roosters which can crow at obscure times. There are also 2 parrots (who sometimes squawk and get vocal, one is bald and the other has been known to occasionally cuss.)
