The Wine Country Farmhouse is in McMinnville's historic downtown of charming neighborhood homes. Stroll one block to McMinnville's Third Street ~ the mecca of Oregon Wine Country. Visit tasting rooms, dine in award-winning restaurants, and savor the moments sifting through local shops. Relax in a beautifully restored 1911 farmhouse with its turn-of-the-century charm. Create memories: cook in a large kitchen, relax in the backyard, BBQ, and stay warm with a heat lamp under the twinkle lights. The Farmhouse provides a variety of private spaces for people to get away or come together and share their memories. Main Floor: The main floor is large, with high ceilings, period base cove trim, gleaming hardwood floors, and comfortable living room furniture. The living room and dining room are open, with a fully stocked, farm-style kitchen large enough for everyone to gather. Just off the kitchen, step out to the fully fenced, private backyard, BBQ setup, outdoor seating, and stay warm under the heat lamp while enjoying the twinkle lights in the night air. Also, you'll enjoy a cozy bedroom on the main floor with a queen-sized bed and luxury linens. There is also a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination and soft towels for everyone. Upstairs: As you go up the stairs, you'll find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dedicated workspace on the landing. The 1st bedroom upstairs is the primary en-suite with a king-sized bed, seating area, and a full bathroom. The bathroom has a barn-style door, dual sinks, and a tile tub-shower surround, with soft towels to enjoy. The bedroom en-suite is privately tucked away from the 2nd bedroom upstairs. We call the 2nd bedroom, with its queen-sized bed, the "tree room." It has a beautiful, bright mural of a tree that the previous owner had painted. This painting has created a cheerful yet tranquil space that everyone enjoys. The landing is set up with a cozy reading nook, a reading lamp, and a dedicated workspace in case someone needs to get on a quick Zoom call. The whole house if available for your use. There is a locked bedroom upstairs, a locked closet downstairs, and the garage is also locked. We use these spaces for storage. A day or two before you arrive you will receive your check-in instructions. You will also be able to call or text us if you have any questions. You are right in the middle of it and you will be able to walk anywhere. Once you park you can forget about your car. Once you drive-in and park, you can forget about your car. There are 20 wine & beer tasting rooms within walking distance. This home is spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out if you are with a larger group. All 3 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house.
