This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests, In the studio that has one Queens -sized bed, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room that accommodates 2 people. Full-size kitchen with wooden cabinets, black granite countertops, and updated bathroom. The building is gated, has washer & dryer in the building, fully furnished with Cable , internet & Plasma TV, Air Conditioning, wood floors Only 15 Minutes from the Miami International Airport. We have Other Units in the Same building Available. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire unit! Other things to note You will have FREE Parking & FREE WI-FI. The price is ALL Inclusive there will be no EXTRA FEES unless you request Late Check-In after (7:00 PM) for a FEE of $50.00 or Request Late Check-Out after (11:00 AM) FOR A EXTRA CHARGE OF $50.00. There is no check-in after 11:00 PM, If you arrive after 11:00 pm, you will need to find another place. * Owner has the right to allocate guess to a close location with the same pictures.
