This is a 1008 square foot house with a large deck on the back. Have a kamodojoe grill (green egg).The house has all hardwood floors and tile. Kitchen renovation was 2 years ago with new cabinets and granite countertops. Two full baths. It is Deaf friendly with a vp (video phone)if you need to use. We do have a friendly cat that lives here. He comes and goes through a small door. During warm months he tends to stay outside.
