Our 1700 sq ft, 1910 craftsman home has been added onto and fully updated, making it a large, open, and modern home. In the heart of McFerrin Park, it is convenient to all the Downtown and East Nashville attractions, the interstate, and Nissan Stadium. Only registered guests should be on the property without prior approval. Our warm and spacious home has two large bedrooms with full baths en suite. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen make it easy to relax, cook, eat, and play together. You’ll have access to the fenced in front and back yards with plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals to adults and children. The TV in the living room has full cable plus you can log in to all of your subscription accounts. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms where you can also log into all your subscription accounts. Please let us know if you're bringing small children so we can make sure to have a high chair and pack-n-play available for you. Besides the two beds and two sofa beds, we also have twin and queen self-regulating air mattresses. Please let us know what you'll require and we'll have it out with all the appropriate linens and pillows. Guest access You’ll have access to the full first floor (we live in an apartment upstairs), including the laundry room, kitchen and the front and back yards. If you’re bringing small children, please let us know if there’s anything you’ll need. We can have a pack-n-play available for you, high chair, booster seat, potty chair, toys, books, or toddler air mattress with bumpers. Our young grandchildren live nearby so we (and you) have access to anything you might need! Please let us know before you arrive as we do not want to clutter the place with these items if unnecessary. We live in an upstairs apartment with a separate entrance. There are no shared spaces within the home. Other things to note We live in an apartment upstairs with one dog. You may see us in the front yard coming or going, but we stay quiet and out of your way. There are no shared spaces within the home.
