Walking/hiking trails connected to the property and adjacent to the unit. The free city wide shuttle bus stops in front of the complex allowing easy access to Main Street, Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resorts. The complex includes wireless internet, a pool (Summer), hot tub, and fire pit for all guests. The Space- The studio is located on the first level and comes with a queen bed, full pull out bed, amazing fireplace, a smart TV, blackout curtains, a private furnished deck, mini fridge, stove top, all in one microwave/convection oven, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans. Guest Access- Access to the entire studio and Club House. Club House has a pool open (open May – October), hot tub (open all year), fire pit, and lobby with 24hr desk personnel. The Neighborhood- Several restaurants and bars are within a short walking-distance from the studio. The free city shuttle stops at the complex and can take you to Main Street and ski resorts within 5 minutes. During Sundance, there is a screening theater onsite, and several (including Eccles Theatre) are within walking distance. Kimball Art Center is also within walking distance (about 5-10 minutes) Getting Around- Uber/Lyft from the SLC airport (just 40 minutes curb-to-door) and ride the free Park City shuttle to anywhere you need to go. Or bring a car and park for free. Park City is known for bike rentals (electric or pedal) around town. Use them to ride down the rail trail connected to the property. Our condo is centrally located to all 3 ski resorts, to Main Street, shops and restaurants……everything Park City has to offer . Interaction with guests- After you check-in at the front desk to get your keys, you'll have the entire place to yourselves. Other – The condo is located at an official Sundance Venue! Walking/hiking trail access is connected to the property and within a short distance from the unit. One of Park City's largest fitness facilities, Silver Mountain Sports Club, is located on the property. Day passes are available for purchase at the front desk at a discounted rate to gym amenities. The front desk makes an easy 24 hr check in. Skiing and Sundance in the winter and hiking, biking and enjoying the outdoor concerts in the summer!!
