Cozy, Comfortable and Oversized for a one bedroom! The space Rene’s Condo is located just 100 yards from Park City Mountain Resort. It is close enough to walk home for lunch or grab a hot cup of coco after a morning of skiing. The walk to groceries and Main Street is easy and is truly a remarkable location to everything. Spacious interior with over 800 square feet, this condo is nicely decorated in modern contemporary accents with beautiful LV flooring and big screen TV. It has a great family dining area at the circular table where you can eat and entertain. Rene’s Empire House condo has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, HD cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet and private balcony off the master bedroom. This unit sleeps 4 and is ideal for a small family. Enjoy the King Size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Quality linens and towels are included. Free underground parking is available. Trucks with high lifts might have a clearance issue! 84” is the height of the garage opening. If you are bringing a dog (s) please run it by me first and do know that there is a pet fee depending on the number and size of your dog. Cats are questionable. Our large spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with granite counters & a huge tub/shower combination with a steam mist system which is great for those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. The tub/shower is separated from the vanity area to provide more privacy to each guest. Off the vanity area is a huge walk in closet to hold all those bulky ski clothes and jackets. Comfort items like extra bedding and pillows are stored here as well as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, portable a/c unit, humidifier, etc. The entire unit has radiant floor heating, so walking bare foot through the bathroom is not a problem.
