This townhouse is a 2 minute walk to SHARC and the Sunriver Village (shopping/food/brewery/bike rentals etc!). SHARC boasts outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, splash pads and much more for outdoor enjoyment. Your rental come with 6 unlimited use SHARC and Recreation passes. These passes also give you access to the Sunriver tubing hill (including tubes), disc golf supplies, as well as access to tennis and pickle ball courts. They also give pass holders access to the Sunriver boat launch. Please note that Sharc availability should be confirmed by guests as it is beyond our control and refunds will not be given for Sharc not being available. Besides SHARC, year-round fun is found around every corner of this resort! Snow sports in the winter and everything from fly-fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, SUP-ing and swimming in the summer will keep everyone happily entertained. Mt Bachelor is only a 20 minute drive. Bend, OR is also a 20 minute drive. This townhouse is welcoming and comfortable and will make you feel right at home. It boasts beautiful furnishings, well lit open spaces, vaulted ceilings, cozy bedding, and soft plush towels. Please note that the house comes with bath towels for the house but that SHARC does not offer towel rentals. We do offer SHARC towels for an additional charge or feel free to bring your own. Our fully furnished kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up tasty meals. We also have a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room offers a large sofa and flat screen TV for you to relax and sink into while warming up next to the gas fireplace. High speed Wifi is provided for your convenience as well as Amazon fire sticks and/or Apple TVs with Hulu/Netflix. There are three bedrooms which are all located upstairs and 2 have their own flat screen TVs. Two have king beds and private bathrooms. The third has a king bed and a bathroom just outside in the hallway. All bedrooms have dressers, nightstands, and closets with hangers for you to move your belongings right in and make yourself at home! A washer and dryer are available for use. Our home is kid friendly with lots of room in the garage for bikes and toys. The private neighborhood has very low traffic and is great for kids to explore and ride their bikes around the loop. We have a pack ‘n play at the house for guests to use. A stay at this home will make it hard to leave and easy to return the next year! Please note : Although the listing says "Entire Unit" is being rented, there are spaces within the property that are reserved specifically for owners and housekeepers. Please check with SHARC for current availability and hours. Please note - we automatically charge a $50 hot tub cleaning fee to all guests but if your party decides not to use the hot tub, please let us know and we will refund this fee. This townhouse is located in the center of a beautiful private gated community. Garage or driveway parking available. We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes in the house and leave ski gear in the garage. We also kindly ask that guests do not smoke anywhere on the premises (aka inside or outside). There is a camera above the outdoor garage, the back patio and a Nest Hello at the front door for safety and security purposes. Please note - a 4pm check in is not guaranteed. Lastly, no pets are allowed in the house. If you have a support animal you must present us with documents prior to your stay.
