Quick access to community dock, launch ramp, and shaded cabana area with picnic tables. Plenty of room to relax on the couches with a large dinner table. Master bedroom (queen bed) with private access to bathroom. Bedroom with two bunk beds (3 twin, 1 full). Another bedroom with queen bed. Smart TV no cable. The space The house is 963 sq ft.. It is a small but spacious house with an open floor plan. You enter through the kitchen which leads into the living room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a bathroom off the living room with a full shower/tub. There will be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Our family enjoys using the house for all activities the river provides us. We wish to share our joy with everyone else. The neighborhood is a fun and peaceful place to stay. Everyone treats everyone with respect and we ask you to please do the same. Please take care of our home as you would want with yours. The house has security cameras outside. Not water front. Guest access You will be able to access the beach front cabanas, docks, and launch ramp via a gate across the road. You will be provided a gate remote to gain access if you are launching your boat or driving in (you can walk in without remote). This gate remote is the only one for everyone to use, you and future guests. Remote is specially programmed and if lost there will be a fee of $80 deducted from security deposit. Other things to note Walking distance to RoadRunner. Next to Emerald Canyon Golf Course. Also only a few miles from the beginning of the dirt road to desert bar.
