A great getaway for many reasons....a weekend in the woods, family get together, NASCAR, girls getaway , nearby amusement and water parks, 2 lakes and three pools in a gated community, skiing. The area is loaded with year round fun. My Rate and fees also include the cost to register with the community, one gate pass and amenity fee for the first two guests. Additional gate passes and guests are extra. The space A couple of notes about our house: It is important that you tell me at the beginning how many guests will be staying , even if it is for only part of the time. The house can hold up to 8 people but ideally this would be 4 couples, not 8 individuals. If there are more than 6 in your party I will make a final determination whether I feel the house can accommodate your stay. I reserve the right to cancel your stay even after it is booked if you do not give me an accurate guest count. The Master bedroom and the California room have full size beds - Airbnb doesn't have a listing fro "full " so I'm thinking "double" is the equivalent. Either way the 2 beds are slightly smaller than a queen size but fit 2 comfortably Bedroom 3 has a futon that sleeps 1 Theres a full (double) size air mattress in the loft The loft has a low head clearance. If you are over 5ft 6in you'll have to duck a bit. The loft is open to the living room and is accessible by a permanent ladder. This is not the most suitable space for babies, infants, toddlers and ask you consider other rentals if you have children under 6 years old The hot tub, boats and golf cart are not included in the basic rental. If you wish to add these items on, please let me know with your initial email to me and I can discuss pricing and additional security deposits with you.
