Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job. The space Quiet country setting. Room has TV, microwave, laundry, fridge and air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Safety items such as a smoke alarm, 3 exits and a fire extinguisher. recently added separate Wifi to the room. Guest access We live on a private lane so if you like walking there is plenty of that.
