It’s comfortable after a day sight seeing or at the beach where the fully equipped kitchen is available for your creations. Just the right size for singles, couples, or a family of 4. Even though it’s beach weather we have complete whole house AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. Guest access Guests have full home access. Completely fenced backyard is private for guests. Common temporary parking spot for off and on loading items as well. Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING / SUPPLIES: A good supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods, soaps, etc. is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. (Please contact us for special cleaning arrangements) Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. It is the renter's responsibility to leave the home the way you found it. Clean the appliances that have been used. Dishes must be washed and put away. Garbage is to be removed to the outside containers. Excessive cleaning will be charged to you at $50.00/hr, with a one hr minimum. Excessive cleaning is considered anything beyond changing bed linens, laundering linens, cleaning the bathroom, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the floor. Linens: Please leave your sheets on the bed and place used towels into the bathtub on your morning of departure. PETS: Pets are allowed providing you are in control of them at ALL times. NEVER leave a pet unattended at our property. Please make arrangements with a kennel if you will be away from the home. You MUST clean up after your pet and leave the property in the same clean condition as when you arrived. This includes properly disposing of all waste material, and cleaning up pet hair. SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage. Do not throw butts on the ground. If there is any tobacco smell in the house after your departure, there will be a $250 charge as well as any additional associated costs, which could include upholstery cleaning, dry cleaning, and loss of rental income.
