The space The main floor has vaulted ceilings and a wrap around deck with patio dining for 8. In the walkout basement there's a new 75" smart TV, giant sectional, foosball table, and a beautiful live edge bar. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities, as well as a grill and campfire pit to enjoy. Other things to note *Amenities and Other* - Included in your stay is a starter pack of consumables including four detergent pods, three dishwasher pods for each dishwasher, three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and two rolls of paper towels, and garbage bags. - There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. - There are three TVs: one in the upstairs living room, one in the basement living room, and one in the master bedroom. - YouTube TV is provided, and feel free to sign into the streaming app of your choice. - There is a foosball table located in the basement. - The gas grill is located under the deck. Please bring your own propane if you plan to use it. - There is a fire pit which you are welcome to use for small, controlled campfires. Firewood is not provided. There is some very rustic log seating, but we do not provide camping chairs. - There are extra blankets in the basement bedroom closets and in the main floor living room. - There is a selection of board games in the loft. - Fire extinguishers are located under each kitchen sink. - There is a first aid kit in a labeled drawer in the main floor kitchen. - Two electric space heaters and a mop and bucket are located in the utility room, which is in the basement through the door at the end of the hallway. - There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. - The water and ice dispenser on the main floor fridge are not working at this time. - The well water was last tested in December 2021 and is perfectly safe for drinking. - There are ice cube trays in the freezers. - The basement floor can get cold, we recommend you bring slippers! - Cleaning supplies and a broom are located in the laundry room - The thermostat is located on the main floor - We are located in the woods which is home to a wonderful variety of creatures. Some of the small ones get into the house from time to time. If the possibility of seeing an insect or mouse inside makes you squeamish, this may not be the booking for you! - During the winter and spring, water from melting now tends to collect beneath the deck, outside the basement walkout doors. Be aware that this can cause standing water or ice which may make the area unusable. - Feel free to roam the entire property. There is a creek north of the house through the woods, with a bridge to the other side. *Check Out Instructions* - Check out time is 11:00 AM - Please wash all of your dishes. Load and start the dishwasher before you leave, but if there are any additional dishes, they will need to be washed by hand. - Empty the coffee pot, filter, and electric kettle. Put the coffee grounds in the garbage, not down the drain. The coffee pot and filter can be washed in the dishwasher. - Clean out the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards of any food you brought. - Take out the trash and recycling to the dumpsters located near the shed. Recycling goes in the blue dumpster, trash in the green. - Sign out of all streaming services - Leave any beds that were slept in unmade - Start a load of towels in the washing machine - Double check you have all your belongings - Turn off all lights - Make sure all exterior doors and windows are closed and locked - Notify us of your departure
